The pad provides instant heat up to a temperature of around 54 deg Celcius when fully charged with heat and can be re-used over a hundred times. When activated it retains its heat for up to an hour. For physiotherapy uses, it especially effective for muscle aches, backaches, cramps, arthritis pain, tendonitis. For instant heat click on the metal disk to activate, this will start crystalization. To re-use just boil in water for up to five minutes until crystals are dissolved.
Warnings:
* Do not heat in microwave
* If contents come into contacty with eyes or skin, rinse with water
* Children should use under the supervision of an adult
